Welcome to Mari Gold Homecare Services LLC, my Name is Rachelle E Saint Pierre, and I am from West Palm Beach, FL. I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Psychology. God placed it in my heart to serve my community; So, combining my education, knowledge, and experiences as Human Resources, Care Match Specialist and Business Offices Manager in the healthcare industry, I decided to take my passion a little further and begin a home care agency.
I ensure that all my professional office staff, as well as my team of skilled home health aides, will care for you and your loved ones like family. Both my mother and daughter have hearts of gold and inspire me in how I lead. My team is led with compassion, and I always make myself available to everyone and I expect that they reflect this sentiment in their interactions with you. We are so incredibly excited to serve you and your loved ones and look forward to helping you navigate the process of home care.

My Name is Schnada S. Saint Pierre, and I was born in Miami, Fl. I hold an Associate of Arts in Accounting. My education and experiences have provided me with a strong foundation to guide the operations of Mari Gold.
I have previously served as an administrator and a teacher where respect, care, and compassion remained at the core of my leadership, and it is my intention that Mari Gold Home Care Services will reflect these same qualities as an organization.

My name is Cynthia Saint Pierre, and I have over 8 years of Human Resources experience. In the ever-evolving landscape of public health, as an HR Specialist, it is pivotal to built a resilient workforce dedicated to community well-being. Working for Florida Health Department, I am responsible for recruiting and retaining a diverse range of professionals, from epidemiologists to community outreach coordinators. As I faces challenges such as high turnover rates and the need for specialized training, I have implemented innovative recruitment strategies and develops comprehensive onboarding programs.
My role extends to fostering a supportive workplace culture, where collaboration and mental health are prioritized, especially during public health crises. Navigating the complexities of policy changes and funding constraints, I have champions employee engagement initiatives that empower staff and enhance service delivery. My name is Wooseline Felix. I gained important experience working as a receptionist, where I honed my organizing and communication skills. In this capacity, I oversaw greeting guests, monitoring phone lines, arranging appointments, and performing other administrative chores.
I am skilled at creating a welcoming environment, efficiently managing front-office operations, and offering exceptional customer service. My ability to multitask, keep organized, and handle sensitive material with discretion has enabled me to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide a great experience for both clients and employees.
